Introduction & Establishment

We didn’t start in a big building with fancy chairs and machines. We started in a quiet street in Iyyapanthangal in 2008 with a handful of patients and one big belief, that no one should be scared to smile or scared to visit a dentist.

It was called Chinthamani Laser Dental Clinic then. A small place with a big heart.

We tried to offer honest, thoughtful and personal care. The kind where the doctor remembers your name and asks how your kid is doing before checking your teeth.

As more people walked in, some nervous, some hopeful we realised this wasn’t just about teeth. It was about confidence, laughter, eating without pain, smiling without hiding.

In 2012 we became Best Laser Dental Clinic and moved to Valasaravakkam. It wasn’t just a new space; it was a new chapter. A place where we brought in lasers, implants, technology but never lost the warmth. Then came our second branch in Mugalivakkam in 2015. And by 2024 we went full circle, converting our first space into a one of a kind digital dental lab. Not because it was trendy but because we wanted full control over quality, fit and finish. Because every crown, every tooth, every smile we build matters.

This journey wasn’t planned on paper. It grew with every patient who trusted us.

And even today we hold on to that same belief, that a smile is never just a smile. It’s personal. It’s emotional. It’s everything.

Dr. Murugavel stands as the founder and driving force behind Best Laser Dental Clinic.

His calm assurance and strong sense of mission have guided him for over 15 years as he transforms difficult dental issues into outcomes that change lives. He has earned recognition for his work on full-mouth implants in patients with little to no bone often taking on cases others avoid.

After finishing his studies at Sree Balaji Dental College and completing his post-graduate work at Tamil Nadu Government Dental College, Dr. Murugavel now combines surgical expertise with an artistic touch. He aims to create smiles that work well, feel natural, and match each person’s unique look.

The year 2024 saw him start the Full Arch School, an academy to train young implant specialists across India and beyond. His aim? To improve care standards, not just in his clinic, but throughout the field. To him, each smile matters. Each patient brings a unique story. And each day offers a chance to do work that still inspires him.
