What is immediate loading?

Immediate placement of implant after tooth extraction is called as immediate loading. Single or multiple tooth crowns can be fixed on the same day. Upper and lower full set of teeth can be fixed in 3-4 days.

We use single piece smooth surface implant system in which implant and teeth can be given immediately, whereas in conventional two piece implant system we have to wait for 6 months – 1 year to get teeth.
